In the concluding part of Jim Boardman’s chat with Reds legend Jim Beglin, the conversation continues with one of the most memorable seasons in Liverpool FC history, the 1985-86 season and the league and cup double in Kenny Dalglish’s first season as player manager. Liverpool FC’s Jim explains to Anfield Index’s Jim how that season unfolded and the determination in the camp to win that silverware, before reflecting on the following season and how it ended early for him in far less happy circumstances.
