Podcast David Lynch Podcast: IS NGUMOHA READY FOR BIG ROLE? | Liverpool 3-1 Yokohama FM reaction

Liverpool wrapped up their pre-season tour of Asia with a 3-1 win over Yokohama F. Marinos in Japan.

An uneven pitch made things difficult for the Reds, but they emerged victorious thanks to goals from Florian Wirtz, Trey Nyoni and Rio Ngumoha.

And reporter David Lynch believes that marked an encouraging end to a trip that has furthered preparations for the new campaign.

In this post-match review, he takes a look at Hugo Ekitike's debut, a selection headache created by Dominik Szoboszlai, and another outstanding showing from Ngumoha.

The performances of Jeremie Frimpong and goalscorer Wirtz are also discussed.
