Podcast Legends Lowdown Podcast: Beardsley’s Spurs Memories

On this episode of the Legends Lowdown Gags Tandon steps in for Jon Buscall again as he speaks to Peter Beardsley about his memories of playing Spurs for LFC. They are also joined by Simon Brundish who co-hosts the show this week!

They discuss Peter's time at Liverpool and that goal against Spurs that won the title in his first season at Anfield. Gags and Simon also asked how it felt to win his first trophy in football, when was he accepted by his teammates in the dressing room. There's a discussion on Paul Walsh who Simon thinks Peter replaced.

There's also a discussion about most under-rated players at Liverpool FC. Was Peter Beardsley one of them? Gags and Simon discuss whilst asking Peter his thoughts.
