Jim Boardman and Jay Reid are back for the latest episode of Scouser Tommies. The sun is out, the roads are melting, nobody can sleep and football is on a break. At least the 23/24 fixtures are out, so we know where we’ll be at Christmas and when we play the neighbours, but the list does remind us just how many games the Reds must do better in than last term. There’s been a new signing, as one supposed target heads elsewhere, but how much longer can Liverpool wait to complete the work on replenishing the squad? As always, that lot from across the park are providing plenty of laughs.
