However, Reds reporter David Lynch is still taking the positives, arguing that a tough schedule offers mitigation for an off-colour performance. He also highlights Arsenal's defeat at St James' Park as worthy of consideration, and hails Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold for their efforts in the game.
