Liverpool kicked off a new Premier League season and a new era under Arne Slot by beating Ipswich 2-0 on Saturday.
Goals from Diogo Jota and Mohamed Salah ensured the visitors overcame a poor start to take all three points at Portman Road.
And Reds reporter David Lynch was impressed by the combination of mental strength and quality shown by Slot's side in their opener.
Here, he assesses a fine second half performance, with the manager earning credit for his tactical tweaks during the break.
