He discusses Alexis Mac Allister, and the Argentine maestro currently being played out of position. He looks at his role at both Brighton and at Liverpool, with the Seagulls playing very different football, and obviously had Caicedo beside Alexis too.  Dave also discusses the knock on affect on Dominik as he believes the Hungarian man of the match machine being capable of even more if his defensive burden is lifted even slightly. He also looks at Harvey Elliott's continued role as a midfielder. 

On the latest Molby On The Spot Trev Downey and Reds legend Jan Molby reflect on the week that was for Liverpool. Jan talks about Klopp's midfield experimentation, with Szoboszlai swopped to accommodate Elliot as a right-sided midfielder and Mac Allister continuing in the 6 role. The lads discuss Endo in this context and Trev asks Jan if he ever had any 'project' players while he was a manager - the answer is both revealing and entertaining. There is a chat about the ongoing Trent experiment and whether or not Joe Gomez should have started for this particular game and the lads reflect on one point from six in the wake of other results in the Premier League. Jan gives his opinion on Roberto De Zerbi as a manager and this leads into a conversation about Manchester United, Ten Haag and the dearth of truly great managers in the current era. Trev and Jan assess the next batch of games after the international break and there's a high degree of optimism that it can be a productive period for Klopp's men and Jan tells Trev about his night out with Ian Rush, Jimmy White and Alex Higgins when all of them were in their 80s pomp.

Dave looks back at Sunday's game against Brighton as the reds draw with De Zerbi's men. Dave also looks at the defence and the need to evolve, with a look at Trent's role, with a look at perhaps moving the playmaker into midfield, to sure up the defence. He also discusses Robertson, and why Liverpool may need to be looking for a succession plan in the summer. 

On the latest RAW Trev Downey, Hari Sethi and Dave Hendrick spend a record 103 minutes talking about Brighton 2 Liverpool 2. Yet again, we have more PGMOL incompetence influencing a Liverpool game as Anthony Taylor fails to red card Solly March. Klopp's midfield selection leaves the lads in total confusion. Mac as the 6? Dom on the left? Harvey on the right against a team that loves to attack that flank? Why was Endo withdrawn at half time against Union? Had Gravenberch not earned a start ahead of Elliot? The continued insistence on the Trent experiment seems to have far more downside than up. Brighton were a far more cohesive unit than Liverpool in the first half but Mo Salah proves his class yet again to see the Reds go in ahead. Liverpool had very little by way of response to conceding the equaliser to leave Klopp's men with just one point from six.
