Having been overrun at times, Arne Slot's men looked set for a valuable win inspired by Mohamed Salah's brilliance, only to concede a late equaliser through a Caoimhin Kelleher mistake. However, Reds reporter David Lynch is still taking the positives, arguing that a tough schedule offers mitigation for an off-colour performance. He also highlights Arsenal's defeat at St James' Park as worthy of consideration, and hails Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold for their efforts in the game.
