Post Match RAW: BEST START EVER

On RAW, Trev Downey, Dave Hendrick and Hari Sethi enjoy themselves as they analyse a Reds win that was full of character and quality. Jürgen Klopp’s men put a spirited and inspired Burnley side to the sword in a delightfully ruthless fashion despite Sean Dyche’s charges drawing first blood. Naby Keita comes in for some praise, Klopp’s wholesale changes are discussed and the injury to Joe Gomez is also a topic of concern, but overall, the lads revel in an historic win.

Post Match RAW: DIV-IDE AND CONQUER

The latest episode of RAW sees Trev Downey joined by his regular muckers Hari Sethi and Dave Hendrick to pick the bones out of the most dramatic of derby wins for Liverpool over Everton. The late Origi goal is, as you’d expect, the main feature of the show, but as ever, the lads strive to assess the individual performances of The Reds, the outstanding contributors and tactics of the opposition and the contribution of Jürgen ‘pitch invader’ Klopp. It’s a wild ride, with Fabinho, Alisson, Richardson and Gomes featuring on many occasions.

Post Match RAW: WAKE-UP CALL?

Trev Downey is joined on the podcast by the regular duo of Dave Hendrick and Hari Sethi as the lads try to come to terms with the latest disappointment for Jürgen Klopp’s Reds on the road in the Champions League. Safe to say, that the irritation levels are high and the aforementioned German gaffer comes in for some pointed criticism, as do many of his underperforming charges. The mood of exasperation is patent, but as ever with these three, there’s a bit of levity, with the homer referee and Thomas Tuchel on the receiving end of a few barbs.

Post Match RAW: RUTHLESS REDS

The latest RAW podcast sees Trev Downey joined by Karl Matchett and Mo Chatra to give immediate reaction to the very heartening away win at Watford. It was a match with plenty to talk about - from the industry and doggedness of Javi Gracia’s side to the travails of the Reds’ captain and from the excellence of Roberto Firmino and Andy Robertson to the ongoing defensive shield provided by Alisson and Virgil Van Dijk. Three goals and a clean sheet - just the start to an incredibly demanding few weeks of fixtures.

Post Match RAW: A LOVELY BORING WIN

On the latest RAW, Trev Downey is joined by the AI Scouted duo of Dave Hendrick and Karl Matchett to analyse the routine 2-0 victory over Fulham that saw The Reds move on to 30 points, go top of the Premier League and head into the latest international annoyance, sorry, ‘break,’ unbeaten. Mo Salah and Xherdan Shaqiri scored the decisive goals and the lads look at their performances as well as the 12 others that contributed on the day. Needless to say, there is some talk about the midfield in particular, with Fabinho getting some specific attention and the show ends with the three lads cocking some quizzical eyebrows in the direction of the manager’s decisions around substitutions.

Post Match RAW: REDS DON’T STAR AT BELGRADE

On the latest RAW, Trev Downey has the unenviable task of leading Dave Hendrick and Hari Sethi through the details of The Reds’ depressing capitulation to Red Star Belgrade at their home ground, replete with its tunnels, noise and intimidatory crowd. Jürgen Klopp comes in for particular criticism after his charges were singularly inept in the Champions League AGAIN and several players are scrutinised, including James Milner, Sadio Mané and Adam Lallana. A tough listen, but one of the best episodes ever.

Post Match RAW: A BAD DRAWING

After Jürgen Klopp’s Reds drew 1-1 with Arsenal at the Emirates, Trev Downey was joined by Hari Sethi and Karl Matchett on RAW. The irritation was real as the lads manfully struggled to highlight the positives as well as the obvious negative of conceding 2 points to Manchester City with 81minutes already in the bag. Virgil Van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Andy Robertson come in for particular praise and, on the flip side, Trent Alexander Arnold and Fabinho’s mixed bag performances are also scrutinised. There are also some questions about whether or not the manager’s game-plan was the most effective.

Post Match RAW: GOT THERE IN THE END

On the latest RAW podcast, Trev Downey has been abandoned by the regular duo of Dave and Hari and is joined instead by Karl Matchett and Joe Cousins. The lads reflect on Liverpool’s 4-1 win at Anfield against Cardiff City and, as ever, the key moments of the match are analyzed and the performances of Jürgen Klopp’s Reds are assessed, with Xherdan Shaqiri, Gini Wijnaldum, Alberto Moreno and, of course, Mo Salah receiving particular plaudits and Neil Warnock’s tragic mind games and tactics getting a disapproving head shake from everyone.

Post Match RAW: FULL FOUR-CE REDS

On the latest episode of RAW Trev Downey, Dave Hendrick and Hari Sethi revel in a dominant Champions League display by The Reds in their straightforward dismissal of Red Star Belgrade at Anfield. The lads analyse the key moments of the match and, as ever, focus on the individual showings of Jürgen Klopp’s charges, with Xherdan Shaqiri, Gini Wijnaldum and Fabinho receiving particular praise and Alberto Moreno somehow becoming the focus of the show’s conclusion.

Post Match RAW: A WIN IS A WIN

After a hard fought victory at the John Smith’s Stadium, Liverpool head home with plenty to think about from a strange and often underwhelming performance. Trev Downey, Dave Hendrick and Hari Sethi pick the bones out of that showing on the latest RAW with particular emphasis on the shifts put in by Lallana and Lovren on one end of the spectrum and Gomez, Wijnaldum and Shaqiri on the other. As ever, the minute detail of the match is examined and the lads enjoy being able to describe a glorious Mo Salah winner, as The Reds make ground on Chelsea and keep pace with City.
