On the latest episode of RAW, Trev Downey, Dave Hendrick and Hari Sethi give their immediate reactions to Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Leicester at Anfield.
On a night where at least three dubious decisions went against The Reds, they were also guilty of coughing up several gilt-edged chances which could easily have led to a defeat. Overall then, it would be churlish to moan too much about extending the lead at the top to 5 points - but the lads do anyway!
As ever, the individual performances are assessed - many were below par - and the critical moments of the match are analysed - many of them featured the referee favouring Leicester.
It’s a very engaging chat that sums up the frustrations of many fans on the night.
The boys are back in town, and not just Liverpool who are back from Dubai; but also Eddie Gibbs and Gags Tandon following a short break. The duo dissects Jurgen Klopp's press conference at Melwood ahead of the Reds home match against Leicester City.

On the latest Molby On The Spot, host Trev Downey and Reds legend Jan Molby shoot the breeze on a variety of very interesting questions. From subscriber queries about the best managers in the game, the (very realistic) prospect of winning without Mo Salah and Jan’s preferred line-up were he to take Jürgen’s ball-cap for a night, to an Eddie Gibbs-inspired retrospective on the massive upheaval and cultural shift at the club during the 90s, this is a typically packed show. There is, of course a detailed discussion about the upcoming Leicester and West Ham fixtures and the lads even find the time to assess Jamie Carragher’s place in the pantheon of Liverpool’s finest defenders.
On this episode of A-Eye Scouted, Dave is joined by usual guest Karl Matchett as they look ahead to Liverpool's next fixture as the Reds take on Leicester at Anfield. On this special edition of Legends’ Lowdown, Trev Downey is joined by Reds and Ireland legend, Mark Lawrenson, to discuss the events of the season to date from an LFC point of view.
Over the course of an hour the two lads chat about an incredible breadth of topics, with Mark offering his insight on the new boys at Anfield, the evolution of the miserly defence, the cup exit and attendant controversy, the media accusations of Mo Salah, the transfer window, the Champions League campaign to come (specifically Bayern Munich), the majestic ordinariness of Bob Paisley and, as you might have hoped, his latest controversial predictions for the next PL fixtures.
With reports in the media that Liverpool FC are set to declare a world record profit in excess of £100 million; Mo Chatra is back to take a deep dive on the numbers.
Eddie Gibbs posses the questions to Mo on a wide range of financial questions:
- Profit Factors: Champions League & Coutinho
- Anfield Road Expansion & New Training Ground

- Future: Concerns, Transfers, Contracts & Brexit
On the latest Molby On The Spot, Trev Downey and Jan Molby pick apart the recent dramatic win over Crystal Palace, with a particular focus on the contributions of Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Jordan Henderson. Jan isn’t too concerned about the uncharacteristic shipping of three goals and instead eases Trev’s anxiety by focusing on the many positive aspects of the club currently. With a record profit about to be announced, yet another points record attained, a goalscorer who has surpassed even Fernando Torres in terms of strikes per minute and a warm weather training camp to enjoy from a position of four points clear at the top of the Premier League, it’s fair to say there are plenty of reasons to be cheerful. As ever, there are anecdotes aplenty and many other topics covered, from the formal departure of Željko Buvac to the probability of a quiet transfer window. Another belter with Jan.
