Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp gear up for one last push for the Premier League title this weekend at home to Wolves. Will this be the lineup Klopp picks for the Anfield fixture?
The Reds will be without Roberto Firmino and Naby Keita. Adam Lallana is also a doubt to make the matchday squad. Firmino and Lallana will be back in time for Liverpool’s upcoming Champions League final against Spurs in Madrid on June 1st, however.
Andy Robertson had to go off injured against Barcelona on Tuesday night but reports on Friday suggest that he will be ready to face Wolves this weekend.
There is also good news about Mohamed Salah. He is available after suffering a serious head injury in the 3-2 win at Newcastle last Saturday night.
The back-four will be at full strength, consisting of Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back with Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk in the centre. Robertson will be in his usual left-back role.
In midfield, Fabinho will be at the base of the three with Jordan Henderson and Gini Wijnaldum providing the energy ahead of him.
Up front, I think our Barcelona hero Divock Origi will start in the centre with Salah and Sadio Mané either side of him.
Predicted Liverpool lineup against Wolves: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Milner; Fabinho, Henderson(c), Wijnaldum; Salah, Origi, Mané
