LIVERPOOL FC IN CONTACT! Alex Scott Transfer Race Heats Up
Newsround with Dave Davis looks at Liverpool's developing transfer plans as the Reds emerge among the clubs chasing Bournemouth and England midfielder Alex Scott.
Dave reacts to reports that Liverpool have been in contact with people close to Scott, with Chelsea and Arsenal also firmly in the race. Could a reunion with former Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola eventually help Liverpool, and could Scott form part of a major midfield refresh alongside long-term target Lamine Camara?
There's also plenty to discuss at right-back. Liverpool reportedly retain a €56million option to bring Quansah back, while the club are expected to give Conor Bradley an opportunity to establish himself after injury. Dave compares Bradley's defensive numbers with Ronald Araújo and questions whether Liverpool will ultimately need another solution.
Plus, Fabrizio Romano confirms Liverpool's previous interest in Endrick, Juventus continue to monitor Giovanni Leoni and Luka Vušković emerges among the defenders attracting attention from Europe's biggest clubs.
