Alisson Becker - 6.0
Came straight back in after injury, and saw some good early action to ease himself in. Will feel very unlucky to have conceded two with so little clear cut chances coming his way. Was a spectator for the most part.
Trent Alexander-Arnold - 6.0
He seemed unable to command his flank, with Fulham...
Alisson Becker - 7.0
Could do nothing for the opening goal, given the deflection. The first half was pretty routine from there. Did everything correct through a nervy last few minutes.
Joe Gomez - 6.5
So disappointing to see this young man injured, again. Was lively and unlucky for the goal. Was part of the equaliser.

Alisson Becker - 7.0
A frenetic start saw Liverpool go behind, and Ali could probably have done little more to stop it. Nearly gifted an open goal, with an amazing pass into Watkins early on. Had little else to do in the second half as the Reds controlled, but was alert to stop Ings late...
Alisson Becker - 7.5
The monster keeper started in this clinical game, with his brilliance most required. A couple of good early stops saw him start brightly. Could do nothing for the opening goal, as the away side calved open the reds backline.
Trent Alexander-Arnold - 7.0
Back into the league line up after a rest against...
Alisson Becker - 7.5
The nervy situations were inevitable, but this man dealt with such moments like the worlds greatest keeper should. The chances for Newcastle were limited, but everything was smothered by the giant Brazilian.
Joe Gomez - 8.5
Effort and tenacity in abundance. He was up and down the line constantly, and looks like...
Alisson Becker - 7.5
The monster keeper was a certain starter, but he was a virtual spectator through the first half. Concentration (and whether to grab a snack from the crowd) was all he had to do, before a poor Villarreal corner on 73 minutes.
Trent Alexander-Arnold - 9.0
After a tricky derby, he was tasked with...
Alisson Becker - 8.0
A relative spectator for the first half, and did fine things in possession. Was able to stay focused throughout. A very nice outing as sweeper keeper.
Trent Alexander-Arnold 8.0
Brilliant work early on, with a rampaging urgency to help create the opening goal. Was a keen tracker when Sancho came on, and showed...
Last Sunday at the Etihad was an up-and-down affair for Liverpool, but an early blitzkrieg against their hated rivals at Anfield South put the Reds out of touching distance and sent Jurgen’s boys to another cup final.
Alisson – 8
Had some early shaky moments on the ball, but his positioning and shot stopping saved Liverpool...
Alisson Becker - 7.0
Always great to see his commanding presence on big nights at Anfield. Would have been relieved to see a brilliant chipped goal by Nunez chalked off for offside. 31 minutes saw a clinical finish fly past him, as Benfica drove on. His handling was assured, as Benfica started to test from...
Alisson Becker - 7.5
Made a superb early stop on Sterling, before a cruel deflection made De Bruyne’s opening goal unreachable. Was kept busy, and again could do little for the goal from Jesus. Had good moments where his positional sense was vital.
Trent Alexander-Arnold 7.0
A nervy start was extinguished by a lovely opening assist for...
